Summary
QTS Group is a leading rail and civil engineering contractor, delivering infrastructure works across the UK and Ireland. As a core delivery partner to Network Rail under Control Period 7 (2024–2029), QTS is responsible for major renewals, lineside civil engineering, vegetation management, and public sector works.

PrimaVision provides QTS with a fully remote programme planning function across its portfolio, covering feasibility, procurement, delivery, and risk management. Our embedded role reduces internal planning overheads while enabling NEC-compliant outputs, cost-performance forecasting, and consistent visibility across multiple projects.

PrimaVision’s Role
Acting as an extension of QTS’s planning team, PrimaVision delivers structured, scalable support aligned with CP7 objectives. Our contribution includes:
