Case Study

Project Summary
The £1.3 billion Manchester Airport Transformation Programme is one of the UK’s largest aviation infrastructure projects. Central to the scheme was the Terminal 2 Upgrade, which doubled the terminal’s size to handle 45 million passengers annually. Works included new piers, upgraded baggage systems, and expanded check-in, security, retail, and lounge facilities — all delivered within a live operational environment.
