The £1.3 billion Manchester Airport Transformation Programme is one of the UK’s largest aviation infrastructure projects. Central to the scheme was the Terminal 2 Upgrade, which doubled the terminal’s size to handle 45 million passengers annually. Works included new piers, upgraded baggage systems, and expanded check-in, security, retail, and lounge facilities — all delivered within a live operational environment.

PrimaVision supported Laing O’Rourke with forensic delay analysis and programme strategy during key phases of delivery. Our work focused on evidence-based delay entitlement, sequencing improvements, and NEC-compliant reporting — ensuring programme transparency and commercial confidence throughout.
